In other words, if you are a defense lawyer, insurance company or entity checking out this Site for you own personal gain in connection with representing a person or entity this Law Firm is adverse to, than you are an unpermitted user. “Unpermitted User” is also defined, in addition to the foregoing definition, any person not visiting this Site for a purpose to seek legal advice, possibly hire our Law Firm or gain information with a legal issue they have AND is here visiting this Site in order to simply GAIN INFORMATION FOR USE IN A MANNER NEGATIVE TO MR. SCHULMAN. In other words, if you are here to use anything in this Site against the Cary Schulman Law Firm or Cary Schulman, you are an unpermitted user and may not take any information from this Site.
14. Permitted User: A permitted User is anyone who is seeking to hire legal counsel or is gathering facts or information about a real legal matter and is not a “Unpermitted User.” To be a “Permitted User”, you must leave and always use your true and accurate identity and information.
15. Only “Permitted Users” may use this Site.
16. Unpermitted Users must immediately notify the Law Firm that they have committed unpermitted use. If such occurs within 1 business day, no liability will occur so long as the unpermitted user states that “they will not use any information from this Site.” If such does not occur, such unpermitted user will be liable for $5,000.00 as a liquidated damage for each and every infraction. An infraction is a page click (each click is one infraction), a post, viewing or other use.

RECOVERY & COMPENSATION
Recovery means, and as used
on The Cary Schulman Law Firm Website the amount of money or
something else of value, that the Law Firm obtains or wins on behalf
of a client under a contingency fee agreement. Something of
value refers to property, land or some other form of monetary
compensation the law firm recovers on behalf of an accident or
injury client. Compensation means, the amount of money the
attorney receives for representing the client. It also refers
to the amount of money an injury victim or injured person receives
as the result of a wrongful injury or wrongful death whether it is
another car driver's negligence, a warehouse injury, a drunk driver
collision, a product case, an employer liability case, a liable
employer for the negligent acts of its employee or some other
wrongdoing by a corporation or company. Types of compensation
include lost wages as the result if being injured in an automobile
accident or other injury case, pain and suffering damages from being
hurt, loss of brain function due to brain damage resulting from an
accident or other wrongdoing act by another, loss of a limb from an
accident or other cause of injury and the like. Of course,
medical bills are recoverable by a lawyer for a person injured in an
auto accident. Medical treatment in the future is also
recoverable and the client, whether it is due to negligence of an
employer, negligence of a drunk driver, negligence of an operator of
a
forklift, negligence of any person, is recoverable and injured
persons are entitled to compensation for future medical bills and
treatment. However, it must be demonstrated that medical bills
are likely to be incurred in the future.
Damages from
accidents and negligence of others can also include punitive
damages, or
damages for punishment. In
wrongful death cases,
damages can include loss of life, loss of love, loss of consortium,
mental anguish, loss of inheritance, loss income, loss of serifs,
and others depending on the type of wrongdoing or
negligence and the
state where the injury occurred.
