* We take personal injury cases on a contingency basis.  We charge no fees, court costs or expenses of any kind unless we recover on your behalf.  We advance all expenses.  You owe nothing if we do not recover.  In the event of recovery, court costs, expenses, and fees are deducted out of the settlement.  Contingent fees are deducted from the total amount of recovery.   Of course, medical bills you incur are your responsibility. 

** We take serious injury and wrongful death cases in any state in the United States.  We practice in any and all Federal Courts throughout the United States.  We may have to seek admission to a particular Federal District which we do frequently.  If required or needed, we associate a local attorney as well.  The client is not charged fees for associating other lawyers as the Law Firm pays for such attorneys.  If you case must or should be filed in State Court in a particular State, we seek admission to the State Court for the purpose of pursuing your case and associate a local attorney if required.  Seeking admission to State and Federal Courts in a particular jurisdiction has never been denied any lawyer at this Firm.

 *** The Firm will assist in getting your car either repaired or replaced or in obtaining the fair market value of your vehicle at no charge up to the point a lawsuit is necessary.  We do not file lawsuits over property damage or property reimbursement without charging normal rates or fees.  

*Contingency Fees (charging no fees unless and until we recover) do not apply to Business Litigation Cases and Civil Litigation Cases.  In Injury Cases, Negligence Cases, and Personal Injury Cases we provide Free Consultations and Case Evaluations and Charge No Fees, Court Costs, or Expenses Unless We Recover. We also advance all litigation costs. If we do not recover, you pay us nothing. However, you are responsible for any and all medical bills you incur.
