The original Firm was founded by Cary Schulman in December of 1996.  The Firm focuses on three main areas of practice, personal injury, bad faith or unfair insurance practices and business litigation and has since its inception.  We have been successful representing individuals (the little guy) in personal injury lawsuits against 100's of companies (the big guys), corporations and businesses including, Albertsons, Kroger, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, U.S Postal Service, Toys “R” Us, Fortune 500 Companies, and many smaller companies throughout the US.  We embrace the challenge of going up against the best corporate lawyers and defense firms and love the satisfaction of the successful outcomes under such conditions.  We have successfully recovered in more than 90% of the cases we take and feel that our extreme desire to do well for our clients, our commitment to outwork our opponent, and our love for what we do is our key to success.  Client referrals have been our largest source of cases since our inception and we attribute that to the way we practice law, our attitude and respect for our clients and their cases, and our proven abilities. 

ATTORNEY CARY W. SCHULMAN

Cary Schulman, attorney & counselor.  Cary Schulman graduated California State University of Fresno with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a Minor in Philosophy, then Attended Southern Methodist University School of Law and founded his own law firm in 1996.  Cary Schulman has two children, Aaron and Abigail(pictured left).  Mr. Schulman enjoys practicing law and in his spare time, spending time with family, painting, photography and playing guitar.  Aside from the complex litigation and bad faith cases, Cary Schulman's personal injury practice includes all types of negligence and gross negligence cases including wrongful death, product liability (defective products), serious injury, complex injury and death cases, employer responsibility, company and premises negligence, all types of accidents and many more (see personal injury and cases we take pages).  Recent product case handled by Cary Schulman as reported on the news involved an exploding microwave.  See full news report and video.
