I.

You are entitled to a written contract!

Our Commitment: You will get a written contract from The Cary Schulman Law Firm in every case detailing what we have stated, told you, promised and promoted!

 

II.

You have the right to speak directly with and meet your attorney, not just staff members!

Our Commitment:   You will meet, consult, and speak with our lawyers, not just staff members starting with the initial consultation!

 

III.

You have the right to ask questions & receive timely answers!

Our Commitment:   Our lawyers and staff vow to provide you the answers you deserve and if the answer is not readily known, we vow to get back with you in a timely manner!

 

IV.

You are entitled to innovative and aggressive legal representation!

Our Commitment:  Our lawyers and staff aggressively pursue our clients’ cases and we go the extra mile innovatively solving client issues!

 

V.

You have the right to be kept adequately informed regarding your case!

Our Commitment: We will, with or without request, notify you regarding occurrences on your case and we will provide you with the information necessary to keep you adequately informed!

 

VI.

You have a right to a full written accounting of any recovery or settlements!

Our Commitment:  Upon receipt of any monies on your case, we will disburse the money according to the representation agreement and account for every penny in writing to you!

 

VII.

You have the right to consult another lawyer for a second opinion!

Our Commitment:  Unlike other lawyers, we encourage our clients to seek information for any source available and unlike others, are not intimidated by our clients seeking second opinions. We pride ourselves on providing top quality representation and are confident in the advice we give.
